The 48" x 40" x 31" MACX^® Vented Bins are built to meet the most rigorous demands in industrial, food processing, and agricultural applications. These high-impact resistant HDPE structural foam, fixed wall containers are rugged and recyclable. They meet USDA/HACCP standards for food handling, and can be steam cleaned. MACX^® containers are temperature resistant, UV resistant, and can be stacked up to 8 high. They also offer compact storage and versatile runner design.

The single-piece, injection-molded MacroTote 5-FV with living hinges has been designed to be extremely lightweight, collapsible, and reusable, making it one of the best new totes on the market for the one-way shipment of produce. Transferring weight down the corner columns when stacked, the full totes can be stacked 5 down, 10 high per pallet, and, once collapsed, can be returned with 175 totes per pallet. 　

Ergonomic handles on each short side of the MacroTote 5-FV makes it easier for workers to handle the tote in the field, reducing injuries and improving productivity.  FDA Approved materials are certified safe for use with food products 

Easy to Sanitize MacroTotes keep cleaning costs to a minimum. A high-pressure wash removes most debris; a nonabrasive brush can dislodge any remaining items. Angles Floor entries facilitate better handling, as the rounded outside bottom edges provide an area where a hand truck can be inserted easily. Nonporous surfaces won’t absorb water or dehydrate your product, thus the MacroTote 5-FV maintains a constant tare weight throughout its use. Reinforced corners allow MacroTote 5-FVs to be stacked 10 high on a pallet with up to 2 pallets per stack because their design transfers loads straight down the corner columns when the totes are stacked. 25 mm drop sides provide greater product visibility with almost an inch of space between the long sides of the MacroTote 5-FV when stacked. Large Card & Label Holders provide up to 104.63 sq. in. (675 sq. cm) of space for product and company identification during transit.
